Today's news - forum-restructuring and Renegade Launch

Hello there,

today's quite an exciting day as the Renegade Edition will finally go live! We hope you're all excited for the new cards and looking forward to the changes that we'll implement with today's huge patch (check out the Patch Notes)!

As the servers are currently getting updated, you might want to take a look at the official Renegade video to bridge the gap.


We're never getting tired of improving the game for you guys, so I'm happy to be able to tell you that a new PvE map is already in the making (this will also be posted on the main page a little later)!
Same goes for the forums! To make it a little easier for new users to find the content they're looking for, we did a little re-structuring. These are the new forums:

- Bug Submission
- Resolved issues

they should bring a little more order in the Technical Support forums. Further, we also listened to your feedback regarding the PvE and PvE sections. These are the new forums for these parts:

- Deck building and color strategies (PvE)
- Map strategies and replays (PvE)

- Deck building and color strategies (PvP)

Especially new users should be happy about these changes, the Map strategies and replays section should provide exactly what they've been looking for!

Please all try to be helpful and explain your best strategies to less experienced users so they can also enjoy BattleForge and get hooked up by the great game!

On another note, the beta forums will be taken down. Now after the Beta is over, there is no need for these forums anymore.


Last but not least, with the launch of the Renegade Edition, we expect you to get annoyed by in-game spammers that will try to point you to their sites. Please listen to this warning:

Please do not buy from spammers or other suspicious points sellers, who advertise in-game and send you to third-party web pages to complete transactions. Do not accept in-game delivery of points, cards or boosters from external sources. Legitimate EA partners will NOT ask you to do this.
More than 1000 accounts have already been sanctioned due to violation of the Terms and Conditions. This restriction is necessary to protect you from fraud.


Keep in mind that you can simply ignore these in-game advertisers, making it impossible for them to do their dirty work. We as a community can shut them down, so let's make that happen!
