Hm looks like someone mistook this card for Shirne of Memory. :D

I think this card is too weak:

1. It is WAY too expensive.
2. The effect needs a huge amount of void. Which is impossible to aquire with 300 power bound to this building.
3. The cooldown of 60 seconds is like an decade in a PvP game. Even in PvP.

Suggestion for fix:
- set its powercosts to 100 Power
- set the cooldown to 30-40 seconds.
- set the Orbcost to 2 Frostorbs. (!!!!!!!!)
- maybe increase absorption to 60% or 70%.

EDIT: Okay after some thinking: Make it T2 pure frost and lower the Cooldown a little.

Similiar fixes should be applied to Shrine of War.

The card costs way too much to be useful. I would suggest lowering the cost to 150. It's T3 after all.

This card is great IMO, but has one big mistake while developing.

300 power its T4..

Simply reduce cost or/and cold-down time, without that changes we never see that building in PvP or even in PvE..

Actualy im using this card in all my pve decks wich have 1 frost orbs in them.

Its deffenitly not usefull for pvp but its a great card for pve IMO.

If u want to make it somehow usefull in pvp reduce its powercost drasticly (to 100 or somehing) it would be a good card then.

Nice effect, way too expensive. Might make a good T2 card with some tweaking.

What I think is:
Nature and Shadow both have a very strong Shrine on T2 which is pure.

I think Fire and Frost should get one, too.
The balancing has to be done very carfeully.

Making Shrine of Marty T2 pure Frost and setting the price to 100 should already be enough and would greatly help pure frost and I think it wouldn be overpowered. Maybe reducing the cooldown by 10 seconds via upgrades should be nice, too.
If that is done the percents it gets via upgrades for used Void should be reduced.
